I fell and my foot began to swell and was very painful. I called Dr Preuss’s office and they were able to see me 2 hours later. I would have had to wait hours if I had gone to the ER. I was seen by his daughter, Dr Ann Carol Preuss. She was very kind and professional. Thankfully X-rays did not show any breaks, just torn ligaments and bruising. She wrapped me in a soft cast and boot and I already feel much better with ice and anti-inflammatory meds. The staff is great, too!
Dr Preuss and the office staff is very friendly and care about the patient individually. When I had trouble I had no problem getting an appointment. I did not know what to expect at first but he made it easy for me to understand the issue that I have. He explained, in detail, what the problem was and gave me resources to help get recovery.
Dr Fred Preuess is amazing, his office staff is so nice and helpful. I just had two surgeries on my feet removing arthritis and one foot is pain free after years of suffering. I had my right foot done today. He has a great bed side manner and is very professional and nice. I would recommend him and his office to anyone. They are very professional and personable. Dr. Preuss has excellent bedside manner. He is the best dr ever. He has helped me deal with losing my toe due to a blood clot. The other dr I had was not helpful at all. Dr Preuss has helped me through this. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much dr. Preuss.
