The truck was very clean and ready to go.
(October 25, 2021, 11:02 pm)Staff has been friendly. Have picked up a rental semi a few times for a local high school band. Trucks have always been clean. The few small issues I found on the trucks, that staff has always took pics and noted it before I left. The only issue I had, is they could make sure the tires are in reasonable order and safe. Had a few tires that where boarder line. Since I am not hauling lots of weight or traveling far, I made sure it was noted, but not had an issue. Last issue, is fuses. Of the 5 trucks so far, 3 had blown fuses for the trailer, all different fuses on the three trucks. Only one truck fuse I can account for the trailer that was being towed. But it would be nice if they would have spare fuses.
Overall, for at we do, Penske has had a truck, and easy to work with so far.

(May 19, 2021, 4:20 pm)Was the easiest rental I've ever done. Gave me price over phone and was the same when I got there unlike Uhaul. Employees went over everything with me to make sure I was comfortable putting car on trailer and towing. Thanks for everything.
