(February 14, 2021, 1:31 am)Staff is amazing and always friendly! The app is really helpful to track when it's less crowded, and I really like hydromassage. The current trainer is really great, but I don't have the best availability to schedule with him consistently even though he's there for most of the day. The employees are always really helpful, especially when checking in to hydromassage and using equipment, and they're readily available if you need help.

(December 31, 2020, 11:45 am)The New GM (General Manager) of New Albany is such a improvement than the one that was there before. He is very professional and stopped me and explained why my missed payment didn’t go through. The original GM before him was just rude and always made a stare at other people when they walked in. This new GM is a great manager. I’m glad Planet Fitness decided to make a change.
