(July 2, 2019, 2:52 pm)We loved our stay at the New Albany Hotel. The hotel is right across the river from Louisville proper in a delightful little area, secluded enough to be quiet but quite close to whatever you are doing in town. We loved the horse-themed pillow and room decor. The rooms had lots of pillows and comfortable, clean white sheets. Rooms had coffee, microwave, fridge and TV as well as nice chairs and good internet. The staff were awesome - they gave us a sheet of recommended local restaurants, and were friendly and welcoming at breakfast, it felt like we were part of the family. The lobby is great! Really stylish furniture, coffee all the time, as well as local honey! Flavored waffles to make was a nice touch. Plus - very important - lots of power outlets in the common areas so we could go do work on a laptop or charge our phone. Will definitely stay again next time we're in town.
