I have used their services for my mother-in-law and my mother. I would use their services over and over again. Amanda was a phone call away at any time, Jim explained the details of the services. I have read the previous reviews and I am assuming they forget this is a business and would dismiss them mainly because you do have to pay and I feel you pay for what you get and I am so thankful for their professionalism and kindness in taking care of the most important people in my life during such a sad time.
