“Being in a lot of pain & having to travel just over an hour, I was concerned about all of the poor reviews. I was afraid I'd only make my situation worse. Yet, from the phone call I made to verify urgent care hours, personnel at gate, front staff as you enter, nurse, doctor & UC staff, x-ray staff, those I dealt with in ophthalmology, travel, & pharmacy, not one person fit any of the negative feedback. I was seen in minimal time each area. Might not have been as busy as it was for those bad reviews. Doctor spent a lot of time with me & everyone was courteous, attentive, & respectful. We were there only about 3 hours for all I mentioned. My experience was 5 star.”
