Kiss Kiss Bang Bang Salon

I recently moved to the area and I emailed this salon to schedule my first appt. I was receiving emails from Grayson and Charlie and they were super friendly and helpful. They confirmed my appointment and asked me for my phone number "to attach to my appointment" which I provided. So I showed up for my first appt that I had been waiting a few weeks for and when I arrived I was told that the stylist was out sick and they couldn't let me know because they didn't have my phone number on file. However, I still have all the emails showing that they asked for my number and I gave it to them. They couldn't get me in with any other stylist again for weeks. I was really looking forward to using this salon but after a terrible first impression and poor customer service I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Have used this salon for close to 3 years. The service is impeccable and the everyone is extremely attentive and polite. They value customer service and the quality of their work is top notch. Highly recommend!

Hannah has been doing my hair for the last few months and I am so pleased with her service. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!
