Our Henckels 8" knife had somehow gotten even duller after being supposedly honed by another sharpener in town. So we drove up to the Carmel farmers market and explained our situation to the man at the booth. He sharpened it very quickly while we waited. It's now wonderfully sharp. Highly recommended.
