I've been extremely happy with the service I have received from rpm. I have 2 properties that they manage and for me because I live in California it gives me great comfort to know someone is looking out for me there. I have had terrible experiences in the past with another company and Travis Bonwell and his staff have delivered excellent service on my behalf. Rental properties are not easy dealing with so many people, so you must realize there is always some unexpected costs associated with them. They always let me know ahead of time so I'm not blindsided when I get my rent. Things break and wear out just life , but they always get fixed in a timely manner and my units usually don't sit vacant for long once vacated. I would highly recommend Travis and his team for someone looking to have a property managed.
