She knew exactly what I was looking for after only a couple minute conversation. It's so great to work directly with the business owner. Certainly not something you see to often these days. (June 16, 2018, 7:04 pm)Great florist focused on customer service! Late on a Friday afternoon, I placed an order online for a surprise arrangement for a friend. Within minutes, I received a phone call because they didn't have all of the flowers in stock to make the arrangement exactly as pictured. The florist discussed what they did have available, and made sure to get the exact look I was hoping for (all pink). Then, when they delivered just a couple of hours later, my friend wasn't at home. They contacted her to find out if maybe she was just out for a minute. It turns out she was going to out all evening. It was much too hot to leave them on her porch, so they arranged to deliver the next morning. They called to give me the update. After they were delivered, I received a photo of the arrangement. It was very pretty and lush. My friend was thrilled with it too. Highly recommended!
