“I’ve been going to this specific location for over 10 years. I drive an old, high-mileage car (the same car the entire time), and I’ve never felt pressured to get more repairs than I need or can afford. They’ve even fixed certain minor (but important) things for free. Mike, the owner, is a straight-shooter, and all of his staff is friendly if not gregarious. As a woman, I have never been uncomfortable going there. I hope to get a new(er) car soon, and I’ll continue to give them my business.”

“Friendly customer service. Called two days before i had expected my laptop to be ready. Not only did they identify and replace my hard drive as needed, but they bumped it up from a 500gb to a 1tb. They also gave me an extra laptop charger when i came to pick it up. Granted it was a $100 repair but the small additions were nice touches. Would come back if i needed any other repairs done”

“Great as always. You know Starbucks hires the easiest going employees. The Barista who help us just had the whip cream 'gadget' blow up on him and just plaster the place with speckles of whip cream. We walk up and as pleasantly as he could asked, "How may I help you"? There weren't any four letter words flying, no frantic pace of, "Oh my god". Just a little sticky with whip cream spray, and "How may I help you"! Good hire Starbucks. This kid is going places..... nice visit very helpful as always.”
