They take care of everything, they bend over backwards to make you happy, they clean your car so clean that it almost looks like it's brand new inside and out. I have used them twice in the last year, because people run into my car, and they were wonderful both times.

(November 19, 2018, 2:46 pm)Check In/Drop Off and Check Out/Pick Up were both very timely. They even called enterprise to come get me in my rental and turned my rental back in for me. Nancy is absolutely amazing. She kept me updated every step of the way.

(November 16, 2018, 9:30 pm)We are extremely please with the customer service, timeliness and quality of work on our car by Tom Wood Collision Center. The quality of the body work and paint job defonitely met our expectations. Jared did a fantastic job of keeping us posted on the progress, answering our questions and keeping the repairs on track. They were actually able to get our car done ahead of the original timeline, getting it back to us before the Thanksgiving holidays, saving us a week of extra car rental expense. Wouldn't take our car anywhere else for repairs.

I worked with Matt Paris and was extremely pleased and satisfied with the work done as well as the customer service. My car ended up being completed far sooner than originally thought. Tom Wood Collision is especially great about providing updates with the repair completion process. Highly recommended.
