From the moment I was introduced to Frank Stephens I knew I was in good hands. He was not just a salesman, he was very personable. The entire process of purchasing a vehicle from beginning to end was made pleasurable by Mr. Stephen's. He did not rush through anything. Step by step he was deeply engaged and very professional and polite. I felt as though my concerns mattered to him and that he was more interested in my satisfaction than just selling a vehicle. What a delight and how refreshing.
While shopping for a new “mom” car for my growing family, I frequented many car dealerships looking for the right car. While visiting other dealerships — I was met with the typical car salesman — usually only trying to make a buck off me. However, as soon as I walked onto the lot of Tom O’Brien, Stan “The Man” was nothing but professional and helpful! He was able to get me into my dream vehicle while simultaneously giving me what we were looking for with my trade-in at the APR we wanted. He was patient and kind, and I could not recommend a better dealership!
Routine service for my vehicle. Friendly and courteous as usual. Waited on my service, reasonable time spent waiting.

Another routine service visit for my vehicle. Same service as always. Friendly, courteous, recommended mileage based filter changes. Good business to do my business with.

Routine service visit. Diesel tech discussed a few issues that he noticed with me. 135k on my truck now, bought it new here. Friendly and efficient business.

Had service on my DEF system this time. The cost was painful, but the service advisor and tech were friendly and helpful.

Oil change visit. Friendly advisor, typical efficient diesel tech.
First time dealing with Chrysler dealership. I pretty much already knew what I wanted from a lot of research, I'd done a test drive elsewhere so I didn't need a lot of hand holding, and I'd already searched inventory there so I new they had what I wanted. Sales guys recognized that I wasn't somebody they needed to 'convince' so they pretty much let to my own devices.
Did a lease which was far easier paperwork wise than I expected. Only thing that really took awhile was waiting for the vehicle to get cleaned and readied. They put it somewhere we didn't know about so ended up waiting a bit longer than normal.
In general, a very easy and comfortable experience.
Update: Turned in my lease and got another from Tom O'Brien. Only real problem this time wasn't so much an issue with dealership, but problem in lack of inventory because of chip shortage, so had to 'settle' for interior color I wasn't as enthused about.
Also, they really should upgrade to digital document signing like we can do over at Penske Honda. Nice not having to deal with all the paper. But otherwise, a decent experience.
