Fabulous experience. Connor was the name of the Peterman plumber that came to our house. He was timely, professional, competent, communicative, efficient, friendly, considerate, and all-around wonderful. The job was done well and at a very fair price. If all Peterman employees are even half as good as Connor then I would still recommend.

Needed emergency help over holiday. They were helpful from very 1st contact. At each step employees were professional & helpful. Work is ongoing but I fully expect positive outcome. Price was surprisingly affordable.

I would like to give a big shout out to Andrew and Zach.... !! I was really panicking when my main sewer massively clogged the day before Christmas Eve. I called and they were here within 30 minutes. So professional so kind, and caring!!!, I will never go anywhere else for any kind of problems!!! that they take care of. I would like to hopefully have them recognized. The company kept us informed of appointment date and time, info on arrival of technician. They came the next day after I called. Fixed flapper on toilet and shower faucet. Tyler was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He answered all our questions very patiently! I am relieved to know my elderly mother has a reliable company to call for her plumbing problems since I live 3 hours away! Thank you to Tyler, he even changed a light bulb for us, great customer service!!
