We have been very impressed on the level of quality and care for our particular situation when selling our vehicle to CarMax. Everyone we worked with at this location was very kind and courteous. While we had to wait a bit longer than usual, we felt very comfortable being attended to with refreshments.

It was pretty seamless when one person handles entire buying and financial process then sign at the business office counter. It's not that OLD Traditional car buying experience where you haggle w sales, then have to get your game on w finance. We did buy 75k extended warranty for 1500. It had value for us

I bought a car from this location yesterday. Everyone was amazing. Last year I legally transitioned and was very nervous with the name change and all that. The staff was so great and polite. I never once felt as if they looked at me different. I can't say the same for the store in my town in Houston, that I went to for the appraisal on my trade in. The car I wanted was at this store and I wanted the car right away so I drove up to get it. I will probably drive the 4 hours the next time I buy just because they were so nice. The person I did the paperwork with was a pure angel. We joked about how amazing the sharpie pens are. If you see this, thank you.
