Arby's

Asked for hot fries! Very positive with and granted my wish. Manager very polite!

Excellent visit this afternoon. I left another the drive-through of another business immediately beforehand, after waiting in line for about 10 minutes (and moving 3 feet). I came to Arby's and was able to eat inside (I'm sick and tired of chowing down in my vehicle). Order to table in under 5 minutes. Fast, fresh, delicious. Special recognition for Abigail, who was warm/welcoming behind the register, and circled the dining area to keep it sparkling clean. All condiments were fully stocked, neat/orderly. A+ to this team. Great job.

A girl named Bethany helped me in the drive through and she was so pleasant and kind. A great employee!! Just thought I would share. (Food was also good)

I had a really long and arduous day yesterday. I was blessed with 5 extremely hard working men who showed up to help me work at my new house. They did everything cleaning my gutters, landscaping and putting up a privacy fence. All I did was buy the materials and tell them what I needed. However, I was really exhausted by the end of the day. The last thing I wanted to do was cook for myself.
I stopped at the Fishers Arby's on 96th Street and was greeted by David who treated me like I was his best friend. He asked me about my day. He thanked me for serving in the US Navy. He made sure my dinner was as ordered and hot. He was so kind and thoughtful. Thank you so much. I was able to end my day on a positive note.
I tried to do a survey but Arby's.com no longer is doing surveys. David is the BEST. My dinner hit the spot. Great team!
