  I came on Saturday morning to get my oil changed. I called ahead to make sure they were open due to the pending snow storm and they emailed me a coupon. These gentleman (and I believe a lady was working as well) have a great system going. They explain everything to you while walking you through what they do. I love the song-like tunes they've created to communicate with each other. It was wonderful actually seeing and understanding what was being done to my car in real time.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Charlie was wonderful. He gave me all the details from the carfax pertaining to the cars maintenance in which was great. I would highly recommend.
