“While the first thing you may notice is the lovely, brand new facility, the real gems are the staff and atmosphere. This is an extremely caring community. The staff is excellent. I often drop in and someone on staff is talking and eating with the residents or participating in activities. Grand Brook treats the residents like their own family and cares for them well. They have been a godsend. I can now go visit my dad and be at peace walking in their doors instead of going in to sort out problems his previous facility created. Grand Brook has a quiet and happy air to it. They have many activities that are appropriate for the residents often wrapped in great aromas coming from the kitchen. The staff is also well-versed in care issues with recommendations for outside companies if needed. I can breathe easy with the wonderful care Dad is receiving. Grand Brook isn't "a home." It is home.”
