“For some reason, it won't let me write another review, so I'm posting it here???? HD of Indy is the best! Our experience buying our first bike was wonderful! So of course we came back when it was time for a new one! Cathy was such a pleasure to work with, and I bet she knows more about bikes than a lot of men! Chatting with her felt like I'd known her my whole life, and we bonded on some personal experiences. Her knowledge of the product and her outgoing, warm hearted personality definitely made us feel comfortable and at ease with her! We have never received the "pushy sales" vibe from anyone at HD of Indy. Anders nailed it with the finance aspect of the transaction. He was extremely kind, and very eager to earn our business as a loyal customer. His personality is awesome. He is very transparent about everything, great at explaining the breakdown of costs, and helping you chose the best options when adding additional warranty or service packages. “For my pets, we need special food that is high in crude protein and low on fillers. Kroger, Meijer, and other general purpose stores don't carry the food, but this place does. Staff is always very courteous and downright cheerful to help if you have any questions, unlike some stores where you can tell employees' "is there anything I can help you with" is with bated breath that you answer "no". The stock is pretty run-of-the-mill for a pet store, but the employee attitudes are what really make this place remarkable.”

My auto needs 90 or above; but doesn't need as high as 93 (which seems to be what most stations carry). Even if seems to be crowded, staff is quick and steadily get people out the door.”

“Nice and fresh salad bar. Soup was good, had the chicken pot pie. Very clean inside and salad bar wasn't messy. Saff was nice, I was really impressed especially by the young lady who was bringing out the food/cleaning up tables. I only had a few interactions with her but she was very friendly and had a smile on her face everywhere she was going. Lots of pep in her step and seemed genuinely happy to be there, even on a Saturday evening.”
