“I had a very nice massage here as a first time customer. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the spa was very clean. The masseuse was very professional and gave a wonderful massage. I only have 2 suggestions that I think would make the session excellent: increase the volume of the music just a little so that outside noises are less discernible and the experience is more relaxing, and add a little dish of water with some essential oil or flower petals beneath the face of the massage table for some relaxing aroma therapy. I experienced this in Thailand and Indonesia, and really enjoyed it during my massages. I will be back soon for another session!”

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to, Missy and Bryan are the best coaches—understanding and empathetic, passionate and knowledgeable, down to earth and kind. I’ve never felt anything but good from them, they’re extremely supportive and knowledgeable! Aside from awesome hardcore workouts, one of the best things about this crossfit gym, is it’s family friendly—no profanity! That might not matter to many, but it’s huge for me. All the other members are all so friendly and supportive as well, I’ve felt so positive and uplifted since joining, so many inspiring people to work hard with. I LOVE getting a great workout, to great music, being cheered on by great coaches and other members, and walking away uplifted! I’ll never go to another gym!”

“I have been coming here since May. Ever since I started, I have been able to enjoy a team-oriented atmosphere and have had something to look forward to outside of work. When I first started coming here, the instructors weren't drill sergeants, but they did push me to excel and made sure I learned to do things correctly. If you want to enroll in a school that teaches discipline, a positive and productive attitude, and works carefully to help you develop your techniques from the ground up, I would highly recommend checking this place out. I feel like they have been upfront with me about everything and everything had been clearly explained before I was required to make any decisions. I think this place is a great value and the equipment is of high quality. When you factor in the large, spotless, air-conditioned gym, the personal attention given to every member, and the legitimate instructors whom have won multiple championships, I feel like I have received what I paid for and then some. If you just want lift weights and punch things, go to a gym. But if your looking for something more serious, you should definitely come to this place. It's a great work out, it keeps you in shape, and it's actually fun.”
