I took my car twice to that location to have things fixed, spent several days without my car, and after a couple more weeks, it died again and couldn't be revived. I decided to try the Fishers location to service my car for one more try. From the moment I drove in, Lia (service advisor) and Tom (the service manager) took amazing care of me and my car. They listened to my frustrations, walked me through what they felt the best solution would be, and even sent out for the proper parts to fix my car while I waited. So of course we came back when it was time for a new one! Cathy was such a pleasure to work with, and I bet she knows more about bikes than a lot of men! Chatting with her felt like I'd known her my whole life, and we bonded on some personal experiences. Her knowledge of the product and her outgoing, warm hearted personality definitely made us feel comfortable and at ease with her! We have never received the "pushy sales" vibe from anyone at HD of Indy. Anders nailed it with the finance aspect of the transaction. He was extremely kind, and very eager to earn our business as a loyal customer. His personality is awesome. “I had a very nice massage here as a first time customer. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the spa was very clean. The masseuse was very professional and gave a wonderful massage. I only have 2 suggestions that I think would make the session excellent: increase the volume of the music just a little so that outside noises are less discernible and the experience is more relaxing, and add a little dish of water with some essential oil or flower petals beneath the face of the massage table for some relaxing aroma therapy. I experienced this in Thailand and Indonesia, and really enjoyed it during my massages. I will be back soon for another session!”

This is the best gym I’ve ever been to, Missy and Bryan are the best coaches—understanding and empathetic, passionate and knowledgeable, down to earth and kind. I’ve never felt anything but good from them, they’re extremely supportive and knowledgeable! Aside from awesome hardcore workouts, one of the best things about this crossfit gym, is it’s family friendly—no profanity! That might not matter to many, but it’s huge for me. All the other members are all so friendly and supportive as well, I’ve felt so positive and uplifted since joining, so many inspiring people to work hard with. I LOVE getting a great workout, to great music, being cheered on by great coaches and other members, and walking away uplifted! I’ll never go to another gym!”

“For my pets, we need special food that is high in crude protein and low on fillers. Kroger, Meijer, and other general purpose stores don't carry the food, but this place does. Staff is always very courteous and downright cheerful to help if you have any questions, unlike some stores where you can tell employees' "is there anything I can help you with" is with bated breath that you answer "no". The stock is pretty run-of-the-mill for a pet store, but the employee attitudes are what really make this place remarkable.”
