Had to sit for a 3-hour glucose test. Two different employees drew blood at the different time intervals. Both were very professional, patient, and friendly! And, having sat there for 3 hours, I have to say it was a well coordinated clinic—IF patients had an appointment. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time, otherwise it is not worth walking in.
Folks, this is a lab and it is very busy. It is highly advised that you make an appointment. Otherwise be prepared to wait as a walk-in or show up at the least busy times of day. I will say as someone who absolutely hates having blood drawn that the staff did an excellent job and cared well for me. I have been in twice in the last week. Both experiences were positive.
