  Julie Burger at the American Mattress at the 12919 Campus Pkwy, Ste C., Noblesville, Indiana 46060 store is very friendly & knowledgeable. I met Julie when I stopped into the newly opened store. I had moved due to work. My wife and daughter finally are here & we just moved into a house. I introduced my family and Julie was so good to let our daughter Abigail play with the giant stuffed sheep & read some books as my wife & I narrowed down our new bed. The financing allowed us to upgrade. Thanks!

  We were looking for a mattress for our son to use in his new bed he got for Christmas. We looked online and at some other brand name stores and found some good mattresses but weren't loving them. Then we go to American mattress and right off the bat we felt welcomed and like a part of the family. She showed us a couple mattresses that were the same as what we had seen at other stores and then we found the one! We decided to come back with our son to see if we had picked the right one and we were right and he loved it! Great experience overall will definitely be back to upgrade our bed!

  We were looking for a new bed for our daughter so she could upgrade to a "big girl" room. We hadn't gone to many places yet but we sure are glad we went to American Mattress first! We were very pleased with the knowledge of the staff, Jeremiah and Julie were great! I was very pleased with how helpful they were, even with our two year old running rampant through the store. The quality of the mattresses are great! I highly recommend this store, 5 out of 5, great job!

  We started our shopping online looking at reviews of mattresses and stores. We saw this store had good ratings so we agreed to started here with the intention of visiting at least one or two additional stores. We were pleasantly greeted by Julie. She asked a lot of questions to understand what would be best for myself and my husband (who have opposite needs - he likes soft and I prefer firm mattresses). She spent over an hour educating us and allowing us to test many styles. I have purchased mattress in the past that felt great in the store but after sleeping on them I was very uncomfortable. American Mattress offers a 90 day comfort guarantee which gave me reassurance we wouldn't be out any money if we were unhappy. Julie made our visit fun, informative and overall stress free. It was a no brainer, we didn't need to go anywhere else. Thank you, Julie for making it a great experience!

  Julie provided the BEST customer service I have received in a long time. I had pneumonia and we had just closed on our new home. We elected to move our foster children from toddler to twin mattresses in the new house so we needed them that day. I had been in stores and calling around for pricing and was exhausted and sick. On the verge of exceeding my budget and settling for not so great quality mattresses, I called one more store--American Mattress Saxony. At the time no one answered the phone and I knew it was about 30 minutes before closing and I had to get mattresses so I was going to settle for a competitor. Julie happened to have been with a customer and called me back and said to come in. Long story short, Julie stayed almost an hour after closing to make sure we were educated and got the mattresses we needed at the price we wanted. She asked questions and understood what we wanted. She worked the numbers for us and went over each scenario to see what fit our family's needs best. We decided to go with the more expensive (but right on budget) memory foam mattresses as the children already have trouble sleeping because of their life history. Getting these mattresses was a turning point, especially in our daughter's sleep who has never slept better. We look forward to any excuse to do business with Julie and American Mattress in the future.
