“This was my first storage usage experience. Phil and Lorin were ultra-professional and friendly at “hello!” I rented two units. The facility was extremely clean. The added convenience of the loading bay, being able to drive in and be secure inside the building was the best benefit. I often went to storage late and at dark and always felt safe. When I needed packing supplies, I received a crash course about the boxes and packaging the best way. Unmatched customer service is what was provided. I knew I mattered to them. I could call when I had questions and Phil and Lorin were always available and very thorough. I closed my rentals recently. If I ever needed to go this route again, Extra Space on 118th is where I would go. I highly recommend them for the superior service, the amazing facility, and the reasonable price for the units. I had been calling the store off and on for a bit doing my research on what phone to get and when it came time to pull the trigger on this purchase they worked as a team and answered all my questions questions, got my phone set up, and let me hang on to my phone that I was jumping out of just to make sure I didn't miss any of my apps before resetting it. My son's a very busy firefighter and business owner, so mom of the groom had to step in and assist matching ties with some challenging bridesmaid colors for his upcoming wedding. Zach was SO HELPFUL! He set up different options and worked with us while we face timed the bride and groom. He was patient and gave is very good direction about shirt colors so the groom doesn't wash out the bride's dress. I just cannot express how helpful Men's Wearhouse was for this busy groom! Zach was so patient and hung with us until a decision was made. Then we went to check out...he saved the groom over $200! It has been a really long time since i have had a sales associate be so personable, built an immediate rapport with me and provided outstanding customer service! We will not go anywhere else in the future for any men's clothing needs. Just cannot say enough good things about this experience!”

“The showroom has a lot of options with quartz and granite and is well laid out. Once I picked out my counter tops they called and made the appointments based on my time schedule. The install only took an hour and a half and was easy. They also took away my old counter tops for me. The counter tops and sink came out awesome! Definitely recommend checking these guys out for any counter top upgrades!”
