  Aaron from Mr. Bills just repaired 2 drains and a outside faucet. Was nice did great work. Was under the quoted price by $50. Will be my only plumbing choice in the future. The lady that answers phone is extremly nice too and understanding of working around your schedule.

  Found me bills and called for a second opinion! They worked with my schedule and Not only did he quote me for a part different than the 1st company, what he quoted and fixed actually solved our lack of hot water issue! Thank you mr.bills for allowing us to take hot showers again!!! Will recommend and use again!!!!!

  "Mr. Bill" has just left my home and left behind a VERY satisfied customer.
  
  The plumbing problem he fixed was caused by another, completely unprofessional if not incompetent plumber who installed a fixed shower and a hand held unit operated by a diverter.
  
  That original installation lasted less than six months and because the original plumber (let's call him Sgt. Goofy) was so disagreeable (when things didn't go to his liking he tore up the instructions, threw parts away and tried to fix the issue with a Rube Goldberg part "a friend machined for me.)"
  
  I asked the local plumbing supply company for a recommendation and that guy came, took a look, said he needed to do some research and would get back to me in a couple of days.
  
  That was two months ago. Still waiting.
  
  So I asked the supply company for another recommendation and they gave me Mr. Bill's Plumbing and Leak Detection.
  
  If I had a time machine, I'd set it back before I made the original decision to engage Sgt. Goofy and asked Mr. Bill (he really is Bill) to do the work. I'd have been spared a lot of frustration and had a fully functioning shower and diverter all along.
  
  Mr. Bill and his wife are a great team when it comes to customer service: Your appointment is scheduled -- generally in a window of an hour or two -- and Mrs. Mr. Bill keeps you posted about how things are progressing. When Mr. Bill has wrapped up the appointment before yours, and is headed your way, you get a call. It's terrific customer service.
  
  Mrs. Mr. Bill is great to work with, too. Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable
  and FRIENDLY!!!
  
  So, this problem took three trips to get fixed. First trip was just trying to figure out -- remember, Sgt. Goofy ripped up the instructions -- what the real problem was. We waited a week before the manufacturer could send us parts.
  
  The next visit was sort of successful because Mr. Bill correctly figured out why the newly arrived replacement parts wouldn't work as expected: the manufacturer FAILED to send ANOTHER CRITICAL part.
  
  But the part was ordered and arrived yesterday and right on time this morning Mr. Bill arrived.
  
  The problem, thanks to Mr. Bill's expertise was fixed in about 20 minutes.
  
  As long as I have need for a plumber, this will be my "go to" company.
  
  Bill's a nice guy, clearly a pro -- a lot of years doing this -- with an analytical mind, a pleasant attitude and a persona that exudes competence and confidence.
  
  You can usually tell a quality craftsman by the look of his vehicle. Mr. Bill's mobile plumbing supply truck is neat and clean!
  
  His rates were super reasonable given that he had to make three trips and spent several hours just analyzing the problem.
  
  I'd give him more stars if more were available. This is one company who provides first rate service -- the kind we look back on with nostalgia -- delivered by a REAL pro who arrives on time, works carefully, is neat in his work and charges reasonably and appropriately.
  
  I don't believe you could find anyone better.
