(August 7, 2018, 6:35 pm)The staff here went above and beyond to help me on a really bad day. I called with a nasty toothache and hoped to get in the same day. Kim the receptionist just really went out of her way to get me in. She was so caring and communicated so well. Dr. Slavens really took his time and worked hard to determine the cause and explain options. Marvelous people.

(November 20, 2017, 8:35 am)I had a great visit last week. The front end staff was very inviting and friendly and let me know what to expect for the appointment. It took some time to get in a chair. The assistant started the eval and was again very friendly and let me know what to expect. After the Eval Dr. Duncan came to see me and showed me the X-rays and eval results and why I needed a root canal(which I already knew). Dr. Duncan was super friendly, funny, patient, and very polite not even to me but his assistant as well. As I’m checking out I get some paperwork and a business card that has his home and cell phone number in case I had any problems. It’s great to see people going the extra mile and wanting their patients to be comfortable. About 8pm that night I get a call from Dr Duncan checking to see how I’m doing. I hope I never have to get a root canal again but I will certainly go back here if I’m in need of one.
