This is my 2nd time to have a tooth extraction at Dr Potees office. They were all very kind and good to me. He explains what he's doing as he goes so it's not a bad experience. I am pretty pain free the next day. I would recommend anyone to go here. I've also only heard good things about this office as well.
Here’s some information from your website that staff might read,” You can apply moist heat to your face on the second and third day allowing your muscles to relax more and open wider.” The staff member I spoke with today seemed to have never heard of “moist heat.” The follow up call from staff was consistent with Dr. Potee’s condescending attitude to my questions both at my consultation and prior to my wisdom teeth extraction. When I ask what exactly should I use to apply moist heat, a further explanation than “we sent you home with an ice pack” would be appreciated. Well, yes you did and I’ve been using it. I’m referring to after the 36 hour mark. I was also billed $200 more dollars than was sent into insurance. Hopefully this covers the daily rate for your excessive amount of staff members. As informed multiple times by Dr. Potee of my aging 34 year old jaw and complications associated with my extreme age, I suppose my day 2 recovery has went remarkably smooth. I do appreciate Dr. Potee’s level of experience and proximity to my home, this is the only reason did not find another doctor. I do not appreciate the condescending attitudes involved in my visits, in case you haven’t realized you did, after all, make $2,250 off of my procedure. In my business I manage to treat people with respect without nearly as large of a paycheck.
I have had wonderful experiences at Noblesville Oral Surgery! They removed my wisdom teeth and then four years later I went to them for an extraction. All of the staff are very friendly. Dr. Potee spent a ton of time explaining every step of the procedure to me so that I would feel comfortable. The staff was all very reassuring and kind. I would recommend them to everyone!
I was examined by Dr. Eden and will be going back for my extraction. The office staff was great. Everything was explained to me in great detail . Over the phone, and when I came in to the office. Everything they said on the phone, was the same thing they said when I came into office. They will be doing exactly what I asked for. No more , no less. The price is equal to any other dentist you will see. They explained all billing procedures and what I would owe and what insurance would be paying in great detail. Again, over the phone and at the office. Everything was very upfront. If you didn't understand, all you had to do was ask. The answered any questions I had fully and completely. So, pay no attention the negative reviews.
