I'm a member of Restoration Church and will be the first to say that we are not without weaknesses or faults. But if you are looking for a place to worship and belong, where the Word is preached and the gospel proclaimed every week, where authenticity and genuine love for believers is displayed, and where God is at work restoring broken people, then this might be the place for you. A friend who began attending several months ago said, "I love that it's not shiny, nor plastic." Here you need not come with it all together or under the pretense that all is fine. Come as you are to receive nourishment for your soul.
What to expect: we are a 3 year old church plant and like to refer to ourselves as being in the toddler stage of the life of a church. We certainly don't offer all the bells and whistles or smoke and lights that you may find elsewhere and we lack some manpower and resources to launch some programming and ministry opportunities that we feel God is leading us toward. At this point, we have kids ministry on Sunday mornings for newborn through 2nd grade, and we feel burdened to disciple our older kids as they learn beside us in the worship service. At this point, we lack a youth ministry but desire to see that come to fruition. We are praying for families with kids in that age group to come and play a vital, instrumental role in launching that ministry. We have a women's ministry, men's fellowship, and small groups for those looking to connect beyond Sunday morning. We have also been blessed with a church building in the heart of Noblesville as we merged with the existing church body a little over a year ago. Along with that, we inherited an incredible ministry through a food pantry that has faithfully served the community for over a decade now. There are always opportunities to serve through this ministry.
Join us for worship soon. We would love the chance to meet you.
Great place! Friendly and real. Give it a try, they welcome you into the family with the small town Noblesville feel.
We spent a year and a half trying to find a good church in the area, and while there are many decent churches, they just weren't the right fit. Finally, we found Restoration Church.
While many churches teach the bible, we couldn't find one that had good community, teaching that is both biblical and gospel-centered, and a sense of "we're all in this together."
But that's exactly what we found at Restoration Church. Right now it's a small church, renovating a building they were just gifted, and trying to grow and have a positive impact on the neighborhood. It's exciting.
The vision is to join God in the restoration of all things. They want to serve the community well, to be a family well, and have fun.
If you are looking for a church to really be a part of, and not just blend into the seats on Sunday morning, I can't recommend visiting Restoration Church more.
