(August 17, 2018, 3:38 pm)The service was great on a weekday with few people on the river. The river is beautiful with plenty of wildlife to see. Make sure to stop at the Covered Bridge park and walk to the bridge. We really enjoyed the 2-3 hr trip!

After booking I realized I forgot to add a party to my reservation so I called to change it and they called me back within 12 hours and confirmed the change no problem. Besides that though, the customer service at the launch site itself could have been better. The women behind the counter seemed a uninterested in helping us once we arrived. Only reason for the 4 stars was the customer service at the launch site!

This was my first time with White River Canoe Company and for the price, it's a must try. $17 per tube rental and the river has routes that last from 2.5-3.5 hours and 1-2 hours. The rules are very straight forward and easy to follow.
