  I was looking for a warehouse in the market and they were either too big and expensive or landlord requested 5 years contract; after a while of my search, I found Rise. I have been leasing a unit in Noblesville, IN for 8 months. From the beginning the commercial manager was really nice and open mind in order to provide a solution to my business needs. The facilities are all the time organized and clean, there is a pallet jack and forklift included in the lease for the facility. They have different size of units and most important thing, the facility manager is always able to help, customer service is awesome, which in mi opinion is the most important thing when you lease a property. Also, they have a desk when all the small packages are received if you are not in your unit. I couldn't find a better place to set my business. Highly recommended!!

  The place is incredible! 24/7 access, heat & A/C ALL in one monthly payment! NO other bills or fees to pay. Weekly trash pick up, restrooms, always clean, electric/automatic overhead garage doors, we'll kept property! If you're just starting out a new business or having to move into a better facility like I did, this is the place! We're even looking at getting a larger spot here in RiseCommercialDistrict soon! Be sure to ask for Will, he's the property manager and a good at that! DAN'S Automotive Detail.

  We at AAA Interstate Transportation have been a tenant of RISE Commercial District-Noblesville since January of 2021. We are very happy with the clean, secure and safe environment Rise offers and the Rise staff (Will) is the best around. Looking forward to many years of successful business together!

  Rise has been a lifesaver for my small business, we wouldn’t be the same business today without Rise. It finally allowed us to move out of my garage and scale the business without breaking the bank. The flat fee rent each month with utilities included makes it very easy to budget with no extra fees at the end of the month. William, the property manager, is on site every week-day and is always willing to help out with any needs you may have. Couldn’t find a nicer more helpful guy! They also have a shared fork lift for anyone to use at no extra cost which was a huge plus for us. We have been incredibly happy with Rise and have no plans to move anywhere, and if we ever needed a bigger space, they offer many different size units to pretty much fit any need! I would highly recommend Rise to any small business looking to scale to that next level!

  RISE has been the perfect place for us to grow our small business. Will, the manager, has been great to work with. The facility has allowed us the ability to scale to a larger space with minimal disruption as our business grew, and having an all inclusive rent (including utilities) has given us the ability to very easily budget for the monthly expense. I'd highly recommend the space for any small business owner looking for clean, warehouse space to run their business.
