(February 7, 2019, 4:05 pm)I can't say enough great things about the professionalism and integrity shown by Thornton Plumbings employee Austin. We are in the process of relocating out of state. My husband had already gone and I was left to see to any repairs needed to the house. Austin explained everything he did with pictures he had taken and explained the process to fix the problems without talking down to me. Any question I had he took the time to answer and was always polite. He really gave me peace of mind that everything that needed to be fixed was done properly , and he really took pride in his work. If you need any plumbing work done, I would recommend this company and especially Austin any day hands down.

(August 22, 2018, 5:40 pm)I called with a relatively routine garbage disposal installation and new piping after a sink install. They came out in under 4 hours - unreal. No extra charges or anything. Nate and Trevor were very friendly and professional. They were upfront with an estimate right away, got to work, did a perfect job, cleaned up, and then charged me less than the estimate. It doesn’t get any better than this. Will be back!

(February 14, 2018, 5:19 pm)The guys from Thornton are absolutely excellent. We had major issues with a leak under our slab and multiple companies didn’t want to help and/or touch the problem. Thornton were out same day as the call, explained their reparation plan in complete detail and were very professional/respectful throughout the entire process. My family appreciates all the work they did for us and the manner in which they go about their work.
