  JEM definitely goes the extra mile to help. Recently I had a college class ring resized and after a few days the thin side of the ring broke in two. JEM did some research on the manufacturer of the ring and found it was under warranty. They sent it in and got it repaired but when it came back JEM noted that the stone had not been replaced so they contracted the manufacturer and got them to also replace the stone which I did not expect. Thanks to JEM the ring is like new!! Mary Ann is the best and I highly recommend using JEM for your jewelry needs!!! Customer service is alive and well at JEM!

  I took a watch in today for a minor repair, was greeted promptly, I met the owner Jan, watch was fixed and back to me in 5 minutes from the jeweler.....what a great experience! I highly recommend!!

  I cannot say enough good things about this business. Having recently relocated to the area I was in search of a jeweler for repairs, etc. I have taken many repairs to them and the work has always been excellent and the price fair. I have made many purchases in the store for myself and as gifts. With my 25th anniversary coming up I decided to update my engagement ring. I met with Jan and we went over some options and designs she had on her iPad. I loved her suggestions and left my ring with her. I picked it up yesterday and it surpasses my expectations by far. My ring was completely re-worked and halos added along with a new shank and they created a beautiful diamond band to go with the ring. I could not be happier with the results. The owner and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. I am so glad I found them and will never take my jewelry business anywhere else.

  JEM Jewelers is wonderful. The personal understanding that you receive is exceptional. I love the one on one experience and building a personal relationship with the ladies. JEM has a plethora of unique and one of a kind items to choose from and will order or get whatever you need. They also do personal designs and have great gift giving ideas.
