I called 4 different storage unit companies and Extra Space Storage had the best customer service on the phone. When we arrived at the location in Carmel I was very impressed with the atmosphere, cleanliness and the unit. James was very personable and answered all our questions. I will recommend this company and location to future clients and friends who need a storage unit.

and supportive. The location and the staff is great! I looked at several storage locations in the area and found this one to be the cleanest and most well kept! Highly recommended!
