The website offered a lot of information about the different varieties and I was able to select some seeds to grow directly in the ground and others that I read would be great for containers! At checkout I did have a small problem, but it was worth it just to experience the phenomenal customer service. My problem was remedied immediately (and it was late on a Sunday night). Shoutout to Laura - she made the whole experience smooth and was very friendly. I can't wait to get planting!

(February 12, 2019, 10:04 am)Urban Farmer Seeds has been a wonderful discovery for our horticulture program here at New Mexico Behavioral Health Institute in Las Vegas, New Mexico! Their seed selection is excellent, prices are highly competitive, seed quality and germination has been very reliable, and most importantly for us, their customer service has been terrific.
As a state facility, and drawing from a departmental account, we are restricted in our methods for payment. While most online companies are set up for credit card payments, Urban Farmer Seeds worked with us to facilitate a simple payment option that satisfies our organizational needs.
We will be ordering our seed from Urban Farmer for a long time into the future.
