(May 12, 2018, 4:26 pm)Where was this gym when I was 30!?! I've been going to this gym for a few years. Over the past year I made a commitment to making fitness a lifestyle change. With Josh and his staffs guidance and encouragement, I began lifting weights and saw measurable changes in my body. In fact, I have better muscle tone in my 50s than I have my whole life! The cardio classes are very challenging but fun! The staff is top notch, the workouts are great, and the other members of the gym have become my friends. I highly recommend giving it a try.
