(March 9, 2019, 9:14 am)I just moved to the area, needed some work on my car for an electrical issue and found Esler's Auto Repair on Google with great ratings. Figured give'm a whirl. Well, the 100% five star ratings are legit. Anna was great on the phone, very friendly, and quickly set me up with an appointment. Andy, who worked on my car, communicated thoroughly, was honest, and laid out the plan. Fortunately the result was a simple fix and a worthwhile, reasonable expense. I found my auto shop, whew!
Added bonus:
Being a Navy vet myself, worked on helicopters, I couldn't help notice the A-6 Intruder (plane) pic on the office wall. Ends up Joel, owner, worked on those jets, and is a vet too! Kinda closes the loop on the story; attention to detail, integrity, honesty, and friendliness is in their culture. I recommend them. -

What's better than...Trustworthy, recommended and easy drop off car repair? Getting to talk to Joel himself! I spoke with Joel prior to leaving on vacation and he recommended I leave my car with them, he would call with the repair needed and expense, and the car would be ready when I returned. That is exactly the way it happened and saved me from renting a car while it was being repaired. I'm a real estate broker and I need my car every minute of the day! I was very pleased with the ease of this repair and got to speak to Joel when I picked up the car. This is great customer service! :)

They tell you exactly what they believe your car may need immediately, secondary, and would be nice to improve. They understand that customers are on a budget. Maintain clear communication and you're all set to go. They've worked on two of our cars.
