Initially, I was extremely nervous about using KeyMe. I called simply for a quote and ended up signing up for their services on the call. They charged my credit card while on the call before services were provided and informed me that I would hear from a technician within an hour of the phone call. About an hour passed and still no call from a tech. I just happened to be standing near my front door when the tech arrived, no warning. However, he was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. I am a person who likes to watch Youtube videos and try to get tasks done around the house on my own. I was able to switch out locks for some of the doors but not others due to not having the correct tools. The KeyMe technician was able to utilize the new hardware I had already purchased from a local hardware store and install it in the areas I could not replace. He even walked me through the different types of latches in the handles, which I found beneficial because I love learning new things. He was able to replace 2 locks in less than 30 minutes, one of them being a double-keyed deadbolt and the other having to shave down the door for one of the latches. I would definitely use KeyMe again, especially knowing now how their process works! I guess I just wish I would have gotten a heads up that the tech was on his way!

Kiosk was easy to use. Was able to get a couple of keys made and received it at the kiosk. Found a couple of other designs for keys I liked, but had to order it. The system was able to use the same scan to make all of the keys. I received the keys in less than a week. All of the keys work in the door lock as expected. Highly recommend this service.
