Sogility is and has been the best place for soccer players to train In Indy. Both my son (14) and daughter (11) have attended Sogility for the past several years and it has been amazing for their overall soccer development. The coaches at Sogility genuinely care about the athletes and are invested in offering the best individualized session. The environment is positive and they encourage their athletes. I highly recommend this place!

Cardio is not my favorite, live soccer is! Dominating in soccer means facing my cardio demons. When cardio was lagging in my post-holiday funk, soccer was the only thing that could get me moving. Imagine my delight when I discover this great cardio training while also getting an insane number of touches on! Bonus points with the convenience of having strength, flexibility and breath training with the experts at IFAST! Thanks for the training today Alyssa and Kevin! Awesome facility, Jimmy Carson!

this place seems to have a good vibe and is certainly worth the time for those seeking out getting additional touches with the ball to complement a comprehensive training approach to football. I am going to go ahead and recommend it especially for those that have a focus on a first touch and quick release the seems to be their strike zone but I would like to see a bit more attacking emphasized in their classes

I brought my 10 year old to Sogility and was really impressed at the technology that was being used to help with training. I am all about getting my son touches on the ball whenever and wherever possible. Sogility offers a wide range of drills/training options for just that. I definitely recommend it!
