  Love this place. Never been able to stay more committed to exercise before the coaches are amazing and it feels like you're apart of a family. Could not recommend this more!

  I have a great and fun experience at F45 Westfield Central. I remember my first day, I was so anxious, but that quickly disappeared because the trainers were there nearby to guide me through.
  
  The trainers are accommodating, very friendly, and professional. They guide, check forms, and provide an alternative/modification to moves I cannot perform just as yet. They will also make you feel part of their team, which is such a nice feeling. The workouts are challenging and you see yourself pushing a little more to get the most out of it.
  
  F45 is a great place to spice up your fitness lifestyle. F45 Westfield Central is my favorite and I always look forward to my next class.

  I have really enjoyed my time at F45 Westfield. I have been met with nothing but kindness and encouragement from both fellow members and the coaches. The F45 Westfield coaches are so professional and know exactly when to push you! They are all wonderful. One small thing I appreciate that is different from other local gyms is that the trainers do not walk around with a microphone headset- I started out very self-conscious and I appreciate that pointers or corrections can be given as discreetly as you'd like. If you are thinking about joining a gym, no matter what your fitness level, I highly recommend this F45 location!

  I have been going to F45 for 6 months now and love it! It’s fun and a great workout. The coaches are all super nice, and helpful. Highly recommend!

  I am loving F45! I went for a 7 day trial and din't want to miss a beat after that, so I signed up! These workouts are kicking my butt! And I love that in a workout. I think what I love most about them is that they are working muscle groups that I have never worked before. I have been very active at another gym for almost 3 years and in the 3 weeks I have been at F45 I have done so many new movements that I have never done before! I LOVE that! I can feel myself getting stronger!
  
  The coaches are great! Friendly, welcoming, attentive and are quick to give a modification if needed, correct your form, and challenge you. I sometimes don't realize how strong I am and am grateful when the coaches just hand me another weight or encourage me to go up.
  
  I am excited for my journey here and to get to know the community!
