“I was able to attend a 4 week Mindfulness and Meditation Class. I felt Dr. Nevins incorporated a good mixture of information, time for questions, and practice into each session. We were given a book and handouts to help with our further practice. The class was also offered at a good time, after children's activities and dinner. I usually have hard time finding things I'd like to do that can work in our schedule. I highly recommend taking a class here with Dr Nevins!”

They also offer a Preschool program. It truly is a great way to get your child involved in the community, socializing with other children, learning to following instructions, discipline, coordination, etc. Eric and Kristen are very supportive of their students.
