“I recently engaged Mark Howard to help me to assess the best Medicare Plan-switch-options between three Plans I was reconsidering based on cost and future potential restrictions. Mark did a great job reviewing the overall lifecycle costs between the various plans I was considering and clarifying my misunderstandings about different Plan options and restrictions. Most importantly, Mark recommended that I strongly consider my employer's new exclusive Medicare Plan that included a special employer subsidy that he said was a great deal, even though he could not offer this exclusive Plan or a better Plan option himself. He also offered to provide future guidance if I had any other insurance-related questions and assistance in evaluating other future Plan options once my employer legacy subsidy has been expended. Dr. Spahr is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I have ever worked with and he has had me get well from Lyme Disease and anytime something has flared up - he has dealt with it immediately! “I brought Charlie in three weeks ago for a massive ear hematoma. The office was super efficient and got him right in for surgery the same day. Everyone we spoke to or had any interaction with was friendly, caring and I definitely felt like they all had Charlie’s best interests in mind. That being said, I do have to agree with several other reviews, they are EXPENSIVE. I understand as an emergent care facility, the price is obviously more than a regular vet, this was just a lot more than I could have anticipated. Both vets that spoke with us (Dr. Dodda and Dr. Siva) and handled Charlie over the last three weeks are knowledgeable and supportive, all the techs obviously love animals as well. Everyone made sure we understood all care instructions and medications and gave us an estimate before anything was done. We fully appreciate the level of care our dog received here just wish price was a little more manageable. Will return again if needed though!”
