“I have lived here for about a year now. Since the most recent office changes I have noticed a major turn around for the better. So I renewed my lease for another year. The new manager is a very nice guy. Extremely fare & understanding. Just like the rest of the staff here. This place has always been pet friendly. Even the compliance department at corporate has improved. There still kinda annoying and a bit nit picky but a night & day difference from my first experience with compliance. As far as the parking situation goes. They have only sent out out about 5 or 6 notices explaining the rules and warning people that the towing will be around to enforce the parking rules. So if you don't obey the rules do you really have a right to complain about it? For the money Casey Acres is the best bang for your buck. And far from a ghetto. 12 min from Carmel. Everything you need is close to here. Westfield is a fast growing area. Grand Park is 5 min away. No matter what apartment complex you live in not everyone will get along. Apartment living has always been that way and will continue to be that way.”

“My husband and I really wanted to relocate our family to the Noblesville area but it is very difficult to find affordable rentals in the area. Betsy one of the office managers was incredibly helpful. She answered all our questions and promptly got us into our new apartment. The apartment itself is very nice and updated. Our neighbors are all quiet and never disruptive. We have two children and I love the atmosphere of the complex. There are always children out playing together which is nice. Their pool and grounds are always well kept. It is also a great location within walking distance of restaurants and dollar general. I have read some bad reviews. However, living here has been near perfect for our family and our start in a new city.”
