This apartment complex is one I'm truly proud to be living in. It has underwent a lot of changes in the past few months, mostly to fix a lot of the underlying issues that have existed (dog poop, communication, management, etc). A lot of the issues are honestly due to the residents, they either don't cleanup after themselves or their dogs and they don't make an effort to to have good communication with the office staff. Recently there has been the issue with dog owners not picking up their dog's poop. Because of this, management has been issuing warnings and notifications of the issues to all residents. (Which is moderately working, there are still culprits who don't care sadly) If you take the time to communicate with the office staff, they will work tirelessly to make sure you're happy.”
