“For some reason, it won't let me write another review, so I'm posting it here???? HD of Indy is the best! Our experience buying our first bike was wonderful! So of course we came back when it was time for a new one! Cathy was such a pleasure to work with, and I bet she knows more about bikes than a lot of men! Chatting with her felt like I'd known her my whole life, and we bonded on some personal experiences. Her knowledge of the product and her outgoing, warm hearted personality definitely made us feel comfortable and at ease with her! We have never received the "pushy sales" vibe from anyone at HD of Indy. Anders nailed it with the finance aspect of the transaction. He was extremely kind, and very eager to earn our business as a loyal customer. His personality is awesome. He is very transparent about everything, great at explaining the breakdown of costs, and helping you chose the best options when adding additional warranty or service packages. “Had new hardwood installed in my dining room and then my kitchen and office floors sanded and re stained and sealed. Everything looks great- I know this can be a lengthy process with the multiple sanding and then staining and sealing several times but in the end, everything looks great. Griffith was recommended highly to me by several people I trust and they did a great job. Denny was friendly and nice to deal with on the phone”

“We visit this Starbucks occasionally on weekends in the afternoon for a few hours. The staff are helpful, but they aren't very engaging. The coffee orders are always done done to standard. The atmosphere here is generally very relaxed and quiet; great for studying or catching up on work. The temp here is always kind of cooler year round. I recommend a jacket if you'll be there for a while.”

“I am a graphic designer in Indianapolis. A client of mine in Carmel had two rounds of an unsuccessful installment from another company concerning a large, custom wall decal that served as “wallpaper” on a feature wall. After this nightmare situation and many dollars later, I finally called PIP for a consultation, trying to garner a new perspective on why the bubbling was happening. I had previously not used PIP for any client jobs, but upon my call to them (after seeing on their website that they also do wall decals), I spoke with Brittany who listened patiently and compassionately to all that had been experienced with the job to that point, and she got Bud, the manager, involved. Bud also displayed patience and furthermore interjected the most helpful and troubleshooting information that I had heard yet. He met me the same day at my client’s store to assess the situation in person, and confirmed his recommendation toward a resolution. Reluctant due to the two previous bad experiences with the other company, my client gave the green light to trust what Bud was saying. I am HAPPY and RELIEVED to report that my client’s wall decal is now installed exactly as we always expected it to be. I was there while Bud installed it, and he was meticulous. Not only that, but he was friendly to even my client’s customers who were coming in and out of the storefront. PIP truly saved the day, and I am beyond pleased with their professionalism from the office to out in the field, as well as their knowledge of products and installation, and their attention to detail. Bud took every step and precaution to ensure my client’s nightmare ended, and he’s our hero as a result. Thank you!!”
