“We always have great experiences! The staff is always patient & make sure my daughters are comfortable. They always let my girls know what they are doing and what the next steps will be with their braces, so my girls are never in the dark. They are always friendly and happy to see us. They are great at putting my youngest daughter at ease, since she can be a little bit more afraid of things going on in her mouth! We have seen Dr. Bunch just a few times, and he was great with the girls. He explained everything and was really nice to them. I highly recommend Dr. Russell and her staff. “I couldn’t be happier! Needed to replace my roof ASAP before selling the house. Called Gotcha, they came out took some pictures and measurements and promptly got an estimate to me the same evening. The price was fair and they upgraded my old Flat looking roof to a high grade dimensional shingle from Owens Corning. They were able to schedule production for the first part of the following week. All in all, they understood my situation and worked with me to expedite the process to meet my deadline. The customer service I received was phenomenal New roof looks great! Buyer loved it! I felt like they were very attentive and didn't make us feel rushed. They made sure all questions were answered. The facility was clean and if a patient had an accident they were quick to clean up. With Fit Chicks you schedule an appointment so you are accountable to go workout at a specific time. As someone who can always find something I “have” to do in order to have an excuse to not work out, having a set time to work out has been key for me! After two weeks I’ve seen some great progression that I feel I can keep going with the caring trainers at Fit Chicks!”

“This was my first storage usage experience. Phil and Lorin were ultra-professional and friendly at “hello!” I rented two units. The facility was extremely clean. The added convenience of the loading bay, being able to drive in and be secure inside the building was the best benefit. I often went to storage late and at dark and always felt safe. When I needed packing supplies, I received a crash course about the boxes and packaging the best way. Unmatched customer service is what was provided. I knew I mattered to them. I could call when I had questions and Phil and Lorin were always available and very thorough. I closed my rentals recently. If I ever needed to go this route again, Extra Space on 118th is where I would go. I highly recommend them for the superior service, the amazing facility, and the reasonable price for the units.
