From the initial sale with Pat, the adjustments in the service department, the walk-through at the dealership and the final financial - their customer service remained spot on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new camper.

(January 26, 2019, 1:06 pm)Travis was our salesman at the RV show at the fairgrounds in Indy. He was very pleasant to deal with - wasn’t pushy and took his time with us. He worked with us and answered all our questions. When we went to pick up the camper everyone was more than professional - they were friendly and welcoming. The service tech hooked up our receiver and adjusted it. While doing so he discovered an issue with the frame of the camper (very minor). He brought it to it to the sales managers attention and they spoke to us about repairs and what needed to be done and went above and beyond to make this right - we left very happy! I would recommend Mount Comfort RV to anyone!

(November 26, 2018, 2:33 pm)Stopped by here to check out the travel trailers and class C motor homes. Friendly sales staff that seemed fairly low pressure. We were given plenty of information and taken to units that met our requirements. After given an overview and asking some questions, we were left to browse (at our request) which was nice. Much more laid back than some of the over dealerships we had visited.
When we are ready to purchase, we definitely plan on making this our first stop! -

Chuck did a great job on our final walkthrough and showed us how everything works. And Paul made all the final paperwork and details very simple and seamless. Again, great first experience!
