  Very fair prices. Something went wrong after I bought it and they quickly and easily honored the powertrain 30 day warranty that came with it. I had my own mechanic take a look before I let them fix it would’ve been a $1300 charge. It is a used car lot so you get what you pay for, but these are honest people.

  Exceptional car buying experience. No pressure. I look at the Lincoln 4 times before buying. And the always gave me all the time I wanted. I've owned over 100 cars and this was my best experience. For once I felt like a dealer was doing something for me instead of to me.

  I purchased a vehicle from West Main just before Christmas. I flew in from Georgia and West Main picked me up from the airport. Overall their customer service was attentive and timely. I drove the vehicle back to Georgia and had a mechanical problem. I contacted West Main and they asked me to take the vehicle to my local mechanic and get an estimate of the repair. West Main covered the expense of the repair, just as they indicated they would prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Overall, purchasing from West Main was a positive experience. The car we purchased was a present for my mother-in-law and she loves the vehicle. Very good people to do business with and I would recommend the dealership to a friend.

  I cannot say enough great things about these fellas! They were incredible to work with and when I had a minor repair that needed fixing, they had the part ordered and already delivered when I arrived to their shop! I would (and have) recommend them to any and everyone! Outstanding service. You can tell Sean, the owner, takes pride in his business by the team he has there surrounding him. As a small business owner myself, that means EVERYTHING! Thanks to all of you for helping me out like you did!
