  Melonie was absolutely amazing, her costumer service was above and beyond. I had to bring my three young children and pick out a dryer... I had to get on the phone and figure out a few Financial options we had before choosing and she was more than patient and helpful. Melonie not only helped me with the kids while on the phone, but she did everything possible to make it a quick and easy process and it was just that. The delivery guys were also amazing and all the staff in the store that day. I love Sears and will always shop there first because their service is untouchable, prices and quality too. Thank you for taking such care care of us and we will see you in the future.

  I have been in several times appliance shopping. I love having them here in our smaller town. I find the staff friendly and helpful. They are happy to answer questions and I find them very knowledgeable. The prices are very resonable

  Sears Hometown is great! Judy is especially awesome. She knows her stuff & takes the time to help you find the best product choice IN YOUR BUDGET while always making me laugh!!! You get solid product education, friendly people, & fast & easy in-house delivery! No taking an entire day off work for an install like the big box stores. They even call afterward to see if the delivery was satisfactory & see if you have any follow-up questions. Who does that? They're also locally owned & operated.

  Came in to pick up an item that was ordered online. Staff met me almost immediately. Great hometown service and help with getting a large item on to the truck. The store appeared neat and well organized. I would recommend to anyone in the area to check it out.
