Update: Dellen came through! Not only did they get a service engineer from Chevy to come help them diagnose the issue and resolve it. They put us in a Chevy Tahoe while ours was being worked on, detailed the car and filled up the gas tank! Fingers crossed that we have it finally fixed, but it looks promising so far. They went above and beyond to make things right for us. Rick was very accommodating and took care of us!
Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and service department. They have tried to fix our 2018 Chevy Tahoe now 4 times and have been unable to resolve. They now have requested that I contact Chevy to get them to help, and they haven't been much better. Started in September and it is now January with no resolution. Have to take vehicle 30 minutes each way to the dealership and have made a total of 16 different trips to the dealership. Now they are saying that they can't get a Chevy engineer out to take a look at it until after the holidays. We can't use the vehicle at all because it smells like gas, and can't pump gas because it shuts off every two seconds when trying to pump gas. Now they can't get us a comparable vehicle for us to drive until it is fixed, because they don't have one on the lot to use, and they have to have enterprise find one. It has been over a week since we requested a vehicle and they say that they can't find one through enterprise. They promised a call back on Friday of last week and it is now Wednesday, and I have to call into Chevy to get someone to return my call. Horrible customer service, horrendous service department and overall pathetic follow-up.
