“We recently purchased a home and did some renovations prior to moving in. The employees at the Greenfield, IN Home Depot were AMAZING!! Teresa S. at the pro-desk is a GEM! She greeted me by name at each and every visit. She helped me think through options and showed me how to save money with a better trim option than I had originally planned on going with. More saving, more doing? Teresa makes it happen! During our renovation we went on vacation and Teresa coordinated with our Contractor to make sure everything stayed on track. Aaron in appliances was a HUGE help with our cabinet purchase and is always pleasant to deal with when we are in the store. Amy C. In appliances helped us look through potential options in buying our kitchen package and was very encouraging throughout the process. She understood what a big decision appliance purchases are and was happy to go over options with us. I can’t say enough positive about Joe in plumbing!! SO knowledgeable, INCREDIBLY helpful and each and every time we go in. He takes time to make sure you get exactly what you will need and makes suggestions for products you should most likely buy to save a trip back-and let me tell you-those suggestions are always spot on. The Home Depot employers in Greenfield make a big box store feel like your local hardware store. Job well done, we will be back for all of our future home improvement needs.”

“I am giving this specific store 5 stars based on my visit and purchase with Cassie, new store manager, today. In 4-5 years of being on Cricket wireless this was only my second visit where an actual person who knew about tech was on staff. Cricket staffs their stores with untrained workers who are there to ring you up and nothing more. Most not only know very little when hired, but spend no down time (& there is plenty) learning even the basics of the phones they sell. For instance, how much memory one phone has vs another. Why cricket doesn't have some basic training going on for store employees is beyond me. Where as Cassie actually trained herself for this position. I went in to purchase a new phone for my husband but she was able to help me on a few other questions while there, and also to tell me WHY X was better than Y With purchase. The lack of support has always been crickets greatest downfall. Their inability to help with support in stores sucks. And not much better thru phone tech support. Also, Cassie was very friendly and efficient in the activation process. Thanks Cassie for training yourself and making my dreaded visit such a nice one! And if you're wondering why i even use cricket? Cost. The cost and phone service outweighs lack of support.”

“A competitor couldn't connect with the hub on the computer to order my part and the salesman was "Too busy to call the hub" so I said guess I'm not a valued customer. "I'm sorry sir " Damn straight you are! Went to Advance, got great counter help and they price matched the cheaper competition AND I'll have the part in the morning as opposed to 2 days from now. Kudos Advance. Thank you”
